Membership Sites & Lost Passwords

How can I access the membership sites I'm part of?

Step 1: Find "My Courses" tab from the Library menu above or click here (a new tab opens): https://tjmlibrary.wpengine.com/#my-courses

Step 2: There you can find all the programs you are currently participating in. Choose the one you would like to access and push "ACCESS NOW" button. This will immediately take you to the membership site.

How can I sign up for a new course?

Step 1: Find "Recommended Courses" tab from the Library menu above or click here (a new tab opens): https://tjmlibrary.wpengine.com/#recommended-courses

Step 2: There you can find all the programs you are not yet part of. Choose the one you would like to read more about and push "SIGN UP" button. This will immediately take you to the course information where you can also sign up.

How many times can I access my membership sites and download modules?

You have unlimited access to your Library and to download your modules.

How do I retrieve my password if I forgot, lost or never received it?

Step 1: If you have lost, forgotten (happens to all of us, no worries) or never received a password to access your purchases, please go to the following link to retrieve it: https://tjmlibrary.wpengine.com/

Step 2: Under login area, you can see "Lost password". By clicking it, you are able to insert your e-mail address where the recovered password will be sent. After inserting your address, click “Forgot password”

Our system will send you an email with your password.

NOTE: If you have more than one email account, make sure that you write down the email that you used during the purchase process.

NOTE 2: If you don’t receive an email from us within 5 minutes it is possible that the email has been redirected to your Junk/Spam mailbox, so please check that mailbox and we recommend you to whitelist/unblock our email address to avoid this in the future.

How can I unsubscribe from your email list?

If you don’t want to receive any more of our emails, you can unsubscribe from our email list by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link that appears at the bottom of our emails.

NOTE: You will be unsubscribed from ALL the mailing lists and you will not receive any more emails from us (including login information or purchase emails).

About the Programs

Do different programs replace the need for medical treatment?

The user experiences displayed on membership pages are a small sample of the thousands of accounts sent to us through emails or letters by people who have been students of Brandon Bays.

Please know, each person is unique so we cannot guarantee that you will replicate these results. We strongly recommend that you try this program yourself and discover what your own personal journey has to teach you.

What we do know is there is an increasing body of scientific research which validates the importance of cell regeneration and clearing cell memories. And, over the past 20 years 100 000+ people have been exposed to the teaching and healing methods pioneered by Brandon. On a daily basis we receive heart warming and deeply humbling thank you letters from people from all over the world, from all walks of life.

Who are these programs for? Do I need a specific background to take the courses?

The courses are designed both for people who are starting with cellular healing but also to the ones who are already experienced in the field. You will be guided through the theory and the exercises in a very conscious way.

We want to make sure that you get the highest and the best outcome and that you would be able to deal with the various issues that might be arising even in the comfort of your own home.

The people taking these courses are from a wide variety of backgrounds and professions – doctors, medical professionals, teachers, parents, business executives, social workers, students, retired workers... in fact anyone who has a longing to heal their everyday life, to wake up, take the lid off and live life the fullest! All you need to take part is an open mind, open heart and a willingness to be present to whatever rises.

If I travel to a different time zone during the programs, can that be accommodated?

Yes, our programs are flexible - there will be people from all around the world and from very different timezones with whom you can connect. Also the coaches who are supporting the programs are from different continents, so we have the whole globe covered.

What Internet browser do you recommend to use to access membership sites?

What program can I use to play MP4 audio/video files?

If MP4 files cannot be read by your audio/video programs installed in your computer, you can download this handy application to play any type of video file. It is free, easy and fast.

I can’t get the program videos to play on my computer?

Depending on your Internet connection and speed, most of the videos in the programs may take a minute or two to start playing. This is due to the length of the videos that are often longer than a couple of minutes.

To ensure a smoother video playback, after you’ve clicked the play button, please pause the video and wait for 10-15 minutes for the video to load.

If you can’t see the video player, please update your computer with the latest Flash player. To download the latest version of Adobe Flash click the link below: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Alternatively you can always download the video so you can watch the video without having to wait for it to load each time you want to watch it.
